Since observation has started, there have been 97 major and serious hurricanes, 88% of which eventually hit either Texas or Florida and Miami has been hit 31 times. One of the worst hurricanes that hit Florida was the 1935 Labor Day Hurricane, which took countless lives and devastated cities.

Right now we have a terrible hurricane Ida that hit Louisiana. Amount and Intensity of hurricanes increases due to climate change. This is bad news for homeowners in Florida.

In case of a hurricane, each residence has a unique Hurricane Preparedness protocol. At the start of the season, we implement this action plan. If the tropical storm or hurricane is approaching we immediately proceed to start preparation for your residency. You will receive first-hand news with the preferred way of communication, every update.

Meanwhile, your residency will be prepared - exterior furniture and fixtures, collectibles and valuables, check windows and doors, automobiles and golf carts, backup generator, etc.

At the end of the hurricane, the first thing to do for Luxury Residential Management will be to check your residency. We will arrive at your residency, will report any losses and damages, and will proceed to bring residency to pre-hurricane condition.
