Attention to Detail is Our Mantra! We are happy to oversee and work with our client’s existing team or we have a team of selected, vetted and insured vendors to handle housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, aquariums, pools, lawncare, audio visual, car detailing and every other aspect of the residence.
We follow vigorous protocols to ensure all components for the residence are immaculately maintained and all details in pristine order for the family and their guest’s arrival.
On a weekly basis we conduct a detail inspection of refrigerators, pantries, ice makers, wine coolers, under sinks, faucets, hot water heaters, lights, security system, AC units, AV systems, pool, lawn, sprinklers, automobiles, etc. Each week an overview report is provided with photos.
When the family returns, they will feel as if they never left. Crisp linens, fresh towels, flower arrangements, refrigerators and pantries stocked, cars fueled, with the pool set to preferred temperature.
Peace of Mind. We are on-call 24-hours, 7 days a week to handle any emergency – security, air conditioning, water leak, power outage, etc.
Each residence has its own Hurricane Preparedness Protocol. At the beginning of the off-season we implement this action plan. If a tropical storm or hurricane is approaching, we confirm all is in order – exterior furniture and fixtures, collectables and valuables, check windows and doors, automobiles and golf carts, back-up generator, etc.
