Javier Pineda » Senior Estate Manager
Javier Pineda has an extensive background in luxury residential management, maintenance and construction. Originally from Cuba, Javier loves baseball and playing dominoes. He is constantly encouraged by his loving wife and three children.
Javier has worked in the Property Management industry for 13 years. He obtained a bachelor’s in business management from FIU in 2014. He started as a pool attendant and after working almost any position in the association, he became an assistant manager. Javier developed a strong sense of devotion to property management and became a residence manager, where he had the pleasure of opening two new properties in Sunny Isles Beach – Chateau Beach and The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
Construction is one of Javier’s biggest strengths. For 8 years, he was in charge of reviewing plans and approving construction work inside the units. He implemented the receiving procedures and construction processes to assist owners when they first moved into their homes. Javier was in charge of 54 employees, plus vendors and contractors. These experiences gave him a deep appreciation for owners and how to improve their lifestyles.
Javier is passionate about customer service and puts the owners' needs as a priority.
